There will be two midterm exams given and the final exam. Your course grade will be based on the breakdown between the various assignments as follows:
Final grades are based on the following distribution: A: 92 -- 100; B: 82 -- 91; C: 72 -- 81; D: 62 -- 71, and Fail for score less than 62.
