Practicing Dissipative Particle Dynamics
Tutorial Instructors: Yu-Hang Tang, Changho Kim
This tutorial consists of two main sections that gradually introduce the attendees to Dissipative Particle Dynamics as the practical skills and techniques needed to run DPD simulations.
In the first part, the practical skills, i.e., initializing a DPD system, parellel coding, constructing cell-list/neighbour-list, time-integration of particle dynamics, will be introduced in details.
The second part of the tutorial covers the techniques for postprocessing the data, analysis of results and qantification of the statistical errors.
