On the left we show an isorsurface of the streamwise velocity for flow past the computer "tuna" flapping its tail. On the right we show the experimental dye imaging for the robotuna at the Towtank facility at MIT. The experiments were carried out under Professor Michael Triantafyllou's supervision.
