Registration


There is a registration fee to cover the expense of coffee-breaks, conference material, and the conference dinner.

Early pre-registration (before November 20, 2009): $150
Late/onsite registration (after November 20, 2009): $300
Student pre-registration (conference dinner excluded): $50

Pre-registration is required to obtain the low rates but payment can be completed at the conference checkin.

NOTE: Only cash or check (US account) is possible as payment at conference check-in.

  • Affiliation
  • Poster presentation (yes/no)
  • Days of participation
  • Conference dinner participation (yes/no)
