Description: Reads the ``Mesh'' section of the .rea file and generate an element list with the mesh information stored in the vertex structure. The iparam component ``ELEMENTS'' is also set with the number of element. The element list is declared without any physical or modal storage. The final call is to ReadCurve which is defined below.
