  Abstract: It is shown that the coding complexity of CDMA is $0(1)$ for a limiting regime in which the number of users $M$ and the bandwidth increase in proportion. Indeed all users may use the same code book. In this case it is shown that each users channel is independent Gaussian with noise variance determined by the code book choice..
